海外で自分が本当に頼みたいものを頼むということは結構難しい（と感じています。）
そもそも料理名を知らなかったり、発音が分からなかったり、
とはいえ、スマホがあるから大丈夫ということもありますが、上記のような切り口で考えてみるのもいいかなと。
I think it is quite hard for people (at least for me) to order things that you want to at when you are abroad.
Firstly, you might not know the actual name of the food, secondly the pronunciation is quite hard as well, and so on.
You might say that it won't be a problem because you have your smartphone with you (and you can just show the food photo) but wouldn't it be better to know the real name of it and order it be yourself?

まず、第一回目は、「青椒肉絲」
First of all, 'Qīngjiāo ròu sī'

青椒肉絲くらいしってるよーという声も聞こえてきそうですが、ちゃんと発音できますか？（私はできませんでした。）
It seems common to hear people say "Qīngjiāo ròu sī, of course I know it" but can you pronounce it properly? (I have to say I can't)

チン　ジャオ　ロー　スー

2番目の「ジャオ」が結構むずいです。

The second word "jiao" is pretty hard.
Anyway, you might say that just say it with Japanese pronunciation would be understandable.
So let's move on to the meaning of the word.

下が簡体字表記です。
まずは、

青椒（ピーマン）

肉（この場合は牛肉←決まってます。）

絲（細切り、千切り）

青椒　bell pepper

肉        meat (in this case it is beef)

絲        grounded

炒める文字は省略されています！

The word "fry/fried" is omitted
