ということで、重ね言葉がむずかしいということなので、ひとまずGoogle先生と留学生を使ってどれくらい難しいのか検証してみました。
As I have mentioned that repeated word is difficult, I tried to prove how difficult it really is by using Prof. Google and exchange students.

みごとなまでに重ね言葉がそのままのものもありますね。。。
It seems like some repeated words cannot be translated so Google used the same pronunciation as in Japanese like Mojimoji, Urouro and Furafura.
【第2段階】
例文をきれいな日本語にしてみます。
Let's change these sentences into proper Japanese sentences.
さてさてある男の子の話です。
もじゃもじゃしている男の子は背が高いです。
問い詰めるといろいろ考えたあげくにますますいじけてしまいます。
そんな彼は日本では下級生をいつもぞろぞろ引き連れ、
学内をうろうろふらふらしています。
やれやれ
彼にはあきれますね（やれやれ）

ということで、単語として意味がわからないものもありますが、文意としてはかなり伝わるようになっています。
As you can see, there are still some words that are quite strange but roughly they become more understandable.
やはりポイントは文法をきれいに、主語を明確にというところですが、
重ね文字は、ますます（more and more）しか翻訳できないようです。
After all, the point is to make the grammar and subject in each sentence clear.
About the repeated words, Prof. Google could probably translate only the word ますます.
韓国には日本と同じような表現（かなり似ている）があると聞きました。
I've heard that in Korean language, it also has almost the same way to express these words as in Japanese.
この重ね文字（副詞）をきちんと翻訳できると気持ちが格段に伝わる気がしますね＾＾
If you can translate these repeated words (adverb) properly, you express your feelings better.
ほかの国の同様の表現も見てみたいと思います！
